Login to OzEzyWeb, Go to 'My Services' and click 'View Details' on the right of your plan.
Select 'Managment Actions' and then 'Upgrade Downgrade'
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'Upgrade/Downgrade Package'
Choose the plan and billing cycle you would like and click 'Click to Continue'
If you are downgrading, your account will be credited the for the difference of what you have paid*
For an upgrade, you only pay the difference based on how many days are left in your billing cycle.
*A refund will not be given for downgrading, a credit for the amount will be applied to your account
