Transferring Hosting Accounts To Us
To transfer your hosting account to us, you will need to check a few things first.
- Is your account a cPanel® type hosting account
- To check this go to http://yourwebsite:2082 {yourwebsite being the address of your site}
- If you get a window that says cPanel login. You have a cPanel account
- You will need to supply us with the username and password for this cPanel account
- Make sure you have access to update your domain settings
- Every domain has a portal where you can update settings, you will need to be able to access this to update your nameservers. See nameservers
- If you can not locate for you purchased your domain from, go to contact and tell us the domain name and we will try and locate who you purchased it from
