After logging in to the OzEzyWeb client area, hopefully you notice a button labeled 'cPanel'.
Click this and have a look around your control panel.
cPanel is divided into groups like, emails, files, domains etc. We refer to these in knowledgebase articles.
ie. Select 'Email Accounts' from the email group. You get the idea
