You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password, and for all activities that occur under your account. And, just so you know, we're not responsible for any unauthorized access to your account. So, keep that username and password under lock and key.

4. Technical Support

Technical support is provided on a best-effort basis and we do not guarantee that any request for technical support will be answered to your satisfaction. But, we'll do our best to help you out and get you up and running in no time. After all, a happy customer is a happy us.

5. Termination of Services

We'd hate to see you go, but you have the right to terminate your Services at any time, for any reason. Just keep in mind that there are no refunds for any amounts already paid, and we won't be held responsible for any data loss that may occur as a result of termination of the Services.

6. Refunds and Domain Names
